I had such excellent service from Ultimate Air. It was first time using them. They showed up exactly on time, the technician (Joe) was so nice and helpful. He showed me what did and what didn't need attention and cleared out my condensation line just as this heat wave hit us. I called them as preventative maintenance and I'm SO glad I did! I couldn't recommend a company more highly!!

Very happy with the service from Ultimate Air Conditioning. They were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and everything was left in good condition. It’s refreshing to find an HVAC company that is honest and actually cares about its customers.

when you call for service and the technician goes out and cannot do the fix, they shouldn’t charge the client for something they didn’t do. The company should be responsible for paying the time transportation to their place and back. This is part of customer service if he’s able to fix it then yes charge the client otherwise it’s a theft and broad daylight.
