I want to give a big thank you to Bobby Botello for installing our AC unit at home. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, down to earth, and easy to work with. He showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The installation was done efficiently with minimal disruption to our home, which we really appreciated. On top of that, we got a great…

We recently had our old AC system replaced with a newer, more modern and energy-efficient unit, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through the process, explain the new system, and make sure everything was installed properly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and really care about helping families stay c…

Excellent service! My ac had died on me and with this cali heat, I had to get it repaired fast! Heard about Botello’s boys from a friend from work so I gave them a call. They were able to see me the next day and diagnose the problem. We set up the repair for the next day and my house has been as cool as it has ever been! Robert and Dominique were very nice and clear with what services were needed. Botello’s boys will…

Today Dominic came to my house to service the AC Pro HVAC unit installed by the Botello Boys back in 2022. The unit wasn't blowing cold air so Dominic quickly evaluated it and got it up and running quickly. It was covered by their 5 year installation warranty. I've done a lot of business with Botello Boys who assisted us on our roofing project in 2025 where the revised LA County building code required a thicker layer…

Technicians arrived at the appointed time. HVAC maintenance completed quickly with live video samples of potential issues shown to me. Only small issue was that the technician who entered the house to test the thermostat did not have the shoe booties to cover his shoes. Overall, great price and service!
