Gary and his team worked tirelessly to get my commercial space back up and running. When our old system broke down he came up with a great plan to get us into a multi-room mini-split system. He even graciously helped us nurse along the old unit to get us by as much as possible. They worked long hours and kept me updated throughout the install process, did an excellent job with the install, and he was very responsive …

Gary was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, clean and courteous. He found the problem immediately, explained it thoroughly and showed me step by step what and why he repaired and replaced. The previous contractor told me I had to replace the entire unit. Gary serviced my unit and got it back up and running for only $500 and saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn’t be any happier.

We first worked with Gary from Pyramid Heating and Cooling more than a decade ago. Not only did he install a new AC unit for us that time, he has helped us maintain it, regularly servicing it before the weather gets too hot or cold. He explains what's going on, provides us with options and always does what he says going to do. Honest guy, dependable and good at his job. Highly recommend!
