Very reliable, hard-working crew. Pablo and his team showed up on time every day and went straight to work reinforcing our 1950s raised foundation in Torrance. He speaks good English. They explained what they were doing and provided lots of pictures of their work under the house. They cleaned up their work very well, and I also like that they each wore the company shirt.

The BEST BEST BEST Foundation Experts in LA! As a Realtor in LA for 25+ years they are THE BEST foundation inspection company as well as incredible, efficient, tidy and timely for foundation repairs! I have had them inspect several homes for me in the LA area and not only are they thorough but they are so reasonable in pricing. I would not use anyone else. You will be so happy you used them! I recommend them 10/10!

Great work!! Quick, clean, fast and the price was great also. Great job also to Felix and his crew kept that everything nice and clean. I had earthquake retro fit installed. They just finished a complicated bolt and brace project to retrofit my crawlspace for earthquakes. I am picky about these kinds of projects and have some knowledge related to framing (I am not easy to please). They did a fantastic and meticulous job. And were prompt to fix any errors. Excellent in all regards.
