I have to be honest—I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews and almost asked my home warranty company to assign a different HVAC contractor. I'm glad I didn't. From the time I submitted my claim to the time my repair was completed was less than 24 hours. The technician arrived with the necessary parts already on the truck, so the repair was completed quickly without any delays. The technician was a…

I had an excellent experience with this AC technician. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was that he didn't just fix the problem he also gave me valuable advice on how to properly maintain my AC unit to keep …

"Arthur was by far one of the most experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant service providers ever!" I had ongoing air conditioning - thermostat problems that were not resolved by other companies, but this guy figured it out and took care of it right away. Bless you Arthur for doing such a great job and not wasting my money! Suzon G.

The technician was timely, polite and thorough. Found the faulty part in my not-functioning A/C unit, replaced it and cleaned up after. Nice to see a company that still believes in old school service and customer care. Was a good experience. Would definitely use them again.
