These guys are great. Their salesman came out and did his pitch in the most non salesman way. He offered me options but was very blunt about the weight of my options and what exactly I would be paying for. The price ranges were similar with the five other companies I'd spoken to, but the quality he offered, the warrantee and service options were too good to be true. I made a deposit and set a date. Guy has been absolutely wonderful to work with — this is my second time using his services and he continues to exceed expectations. Guy and his team were awesome to work with. We needed to install central air but only had heating. Super easy to coordinate over the phone, they showed up and completed everything in one day. Everything was cleaned up and working well by the time they left. Guy also followed up to ensure there were no issues a couple days after the installation.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, on time, and very respectful of my home. They did a great job and were impressively clean and organized throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the system is working perfectly. I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Cool Air California to anyone.
