Slow to respond, needs constant follow up, Unprofessional, Ghosts your texts and calls, we have a pressing warranty issue in the master bedroom, that is their lowest priority. whereas customer service should always be a priority. After having spent $40k with them in 3 months.

I was in a need of new central air conditioning unit, Prime Aire contact me fast and gave me the best customer service and price, not only that the installation was really fast and the quality of work is amazing, I will always recommend Eric and his team for all your AC/Heating needs.
