I had an appointment scheduled for Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. By 11:41 AM, no one had arrived, so I called to check on the status. That’s when I was given an excuse that they were held up at another job due to a gas leak. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but what I don’t understand is the lack of communication. A simple call or message to let me know they were running late or needed to …

My HOA management recommended this company to give me a quote for a new A/C system. They sent their staff and did measurements. They never sent me quote, which was supposed to be free, but sent me a bill for "fixing" my A/C unit. My A/C system wasn't broken but it's old. Next stop better business bureau. Avoid this company. There are more reputable companies out there. Consider yourself warned!!!

No air at all into the bedroom. On Monday I called at lunchtime and was advise…

Excellence AC never showed up so I called management again. They sent a second work order to Excellence AC. Still no show. Finally at my insistence, management phone them last Thursday and were told that they were coming on Monday (today). I happened…
