Please don’t ever use this company. rafi is so rude and unprofessional. I had them booked 9/1-9/2 8-4pm to service 5 units a day on the day of he said he doesn’t have any appointments what about next week. You don’t tell me dates and I tell my tenants and then you’re saying next week. I will never recommend you to my network of property managers because you ARE THE WORST RAFI. DO NOT. USE THIS COMPANY

Zodiac Heating & Air Conditioning did an outstanding job installing a new infinity heat pump with new ductwork. From the first phone call to the final installation, their team was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work area was spotless before leaving. The system runs perfectly and you can really tell they take pride in their wo…

My HVAC died and I contacted four Carrier preferred companies. Zodiac beat them all as far as professionalism, friendliness and work ethic. Their price was competitive with the two that actually got back to me. One of them never contacted me after coming to the house to give me and estimate and another want $11K more for the exact same system. Vic came by and gave me great advice on what I should or shouldn’t do. Hug…

I had issue with my roof top HVAC system. Zodiac was prompt in scheduling diagnosis. In past I used their help for maintenance. Since it was very old system, it needed replacement. Zodiac handled permitting and replacement. I am very impressed and thank full for Zodiac's services. Definitely recommend them for HVAC related needs.

He came on time, was friendly, respectful to our tenants and their units, worked quickly to repair the units, and cleanly. Just as important, I was able to get the appointments quickly and the office manager, Rafi Arakelian, is a pleasure doing business wi…
