We have two kitchenaid dishwashers. Side by side. One has mold and the other doesn't. Even after I clean the mold out. Technician told me to run the hot water first like I always do. And then stormed out.

Scheduled an appointment two weeks ago to have our AC fixed. They scheduled me for 5 days later, then did not show up. Their guy Alex had evidently gotten sick. I gave the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Alex made the 2nd appointment for 6 days later with zero concern/ownership/apology for having me wait at home all day on his no-show with no heads up. With the heat, my AC was not really keeping my house cool so I called Prompt Service. They were able to get me an appointment later in the evening that same day even though the person on phone mentioned they were pretty busy.
