Ali did an amazing job! He properly diagnosed our system issue and all that was required was replacing the filter, clearing our drain, removing the ice from the coil, and cleaning the condenser. Another company wanted to sell us an entirely new system! Now, we have 55 degree air coming out of the vent!! He was very professional and stayed until the job was done which took over 3 hours.

The company was stellar with their communication. And our service technician Angel was the best! Angel was knowledgeable, well-spoken, did a great job servicing our unit , and his communication was top-notch as well. In person and via text. He even recommended a higher-quality filter we could purchase for the future. And price was reasonable .. 100% pleased. Highly recommended!

A/C Control and their technician, Ali, are FANTASTIC! Came back from the long holiday weekend yesterday to find that our air conditioner was leaking onto our hardwood floors, what a watery mess. We placed a late night call and they were able to send Ali to fix our unit today! So incredibly grateful for their quick response and service. Ali was GREAT! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you again.

Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable from the moment they answer the phone to the moment they show up at your door. Angel was fantastic from start to finish! He arrived right on time, was thorough with the entire inspection and maintenance, and even took the time to clean up afterwards. I really appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him and the company.
