Outstanding levels of service. I had an out-our-production extractor fan. Amir took the time not only to fix the motor, but to show me how he was doing it. Great value, too.

A-1 on Washingtonl just west of centenela is a gem. They have well priced appliances, knowledgeable staff and expert services. They installed my dryer, dishwasher and under sink water purifier. In my 75 year old house, plumbing and electrical can be full of surprises, and the A-1 staff met the challenges expertly.5 stars!

Tony at A-1 Service Appliances is the best. He is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A-1 has had the parts we needed to fix our oven and now our dryer. Whatever part they don’t have on hand Tony will have sourced for you as quickly as possible. Thank you Tony. I hope A-1 and Tony are around for a very long time.

We hired A1 for our Sub-Zero refrigerator and icemaker — a costly mistake. After four visits and two icemaker replacements, they never once resolved the issue. Tony was very knowledgeable and polite. Called A-1 after several other appliance parts stores told they didn’t have a starter relay for my older model deep freezer. Mr. Tony said I can use a universal 3 in 1 starter relay, he explained exactly how to install it and it worked. He saved me from having to buy a new deep freezer and kept hundreds of dollars in food go bad. I will only use and recommend A-1 from now on.
