We did our annual AC maintenance & had an awesome experience with their customer service via yelp messaging & their technician Sergio 💪🏽. Scheduling a date & time was easy & their communication was consistent 👍🏽. The day of Sergio called to inform me he was 20 mins away. He was very polite & professional. After he was done, he explained what he did 😃. I’m using their services again & definitely recommend them 💪🏽.

Sergio was amazing on our job. Great communicator. Was flexible and had to return twice due to multiple units/mini-splits. He went above and beyond and cleaned the units really well. Have used Urso in the past and value the work ethic of its crew and their thoroughness.
